Dolly’s Liscannor - Social Media Presence & Growth
Dolly’s Liscannor - Social Media Presence & Growth
Details
GOAL
Build brand awareness and establish Dolly’s as a welcoming, community-focused café — with a strong and consistent social media presence ahead of launch.
APPROACH
We developed a full social media strategy, starting with audience and competitor research to guide tone, visuals, and content pillars. Content creation included photography, short-form video, and graphic elements — all tailored to resonate with a local audience.
Posts were scheduled with purpose, supported by launch campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations with local businesses. The strong focus on storytelling and the human side of the brand helped build early trust and excitement. Performance was reviewed regularly and used to fine tune our approach.
RESULT
Dolly’s built a strong and recognisable presence online before the doors even opened, growing from 0 to over 5,000 followers in the first three months. The account saw great engagement, and the café quickly became well-known in the local community. People often commented on how professional the Instagram looked and how much the content resonated with them.
Kind words
Working with Cornelia has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up Dolly’s. From the very beginning, she brought clarity, creativity, and a deep understanding of how to communicate our story and values online. Based in Lahinch but with a global perspective, she helped us craft a social media presence that felt true to who we are, community-focused, authentic and welcoming.
She didn’t just set up our social media accounts; she built a strategy that reflected the heart of Dolly’s. Her approach was thoughtful and strategic, yet totally down-to-earth, from tone of voice to content planning, she helped shape a brand identity that now feels like second nature to us. Her insight into audience engagement and local relevance made all the difference.
We continue to feel the positive impact of her work every day, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking to tell their story with heart and purpose online.
